Experience. Our trainers have 30+ years of combined experience in obedience, aggression, problem behaviors, and puppy raising. This means we have seen and tried it all–which means we can help solve your issues efficiently and effectively.
Facility. Because of our set-up, we have ample people and dog distractions to practice around, which is an essential element for most training requests. Plus, it allows us to do it safely when dealing with aggression cases.

Specialists. Our owner is a Certified Behavioral Specialist (and Professional Trainer), which is helpful when dealing with challenging behaviors.

Lodge n’ Train is a 1-5 week “in-kennel” training program to address all frustrations from jumping or pulling to complex behavioral issues.
DaySchool is a 2 day/week training program. It gives busy people a way to keep their dogs well-trained with minimal effort. It also includes activities to get their energy out!
Private lessons at home or at Dogwoods Lodge with our experienced trainers are a great option for a variety of needs. They can be used for anything from simple tricks to complex aggression issues! We will work around your schedule and the needs of your dog.
A La Carte training is perfect for dogs who do Daycamp, Lodging or “Play Days” at Dogwoods. It allows owners to add training onto any stay. Let us help you solve problem behaviors while you are away!
