CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST:
Full- or Part-time. Candidate must have a love for working with people and dogs, and must be able to conduct themselves with poise under pressure. Solid multitasking, detail management, phone and computer skills are a must. Much of the job entails answering questions and taking reservations, often over the phone. A fun, energetic, hard-working attitude is required to excel in this position. We work hard and have a lot of fun in the process. The candidate must be ok with some physical duties, such as fast walking (to retrieve dogs), guiding dogs of all sizes on leash, daily cleaning tasks, etc.
Must be able to work every other weekend and holidays, as we are a 365 day/year business.
Shift times: 6:15am-12pm or 1:45-6:30pm

DAYCAMP COUNSELOR/LODGE STAFF:
Full- or Part-time. Candidates must be energetic, motivated, detail-oriented, hard-working individuals who can handle 6+ hours of physical labor at a time and who LOVE dogs. Must be willing to work some nights, weekends and holidays, and uphold our high standard of care for the clients and dogs. These positions involve a lot of cleaning, as well as one-on-one time with the dogs.
Shift times range from 5:45am-11:00pm.

Dogwoods currently offers baths, desheds, nail-trims/dremmels, etc. We don’t currently offer any full service cuts. We are always looking for people who are skilled at the art of bathing.
